BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Jason T. Sherman, 38, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 11 by Butler Township police and paid a fine and costs of $506.50.

Gerard P. Baroffio, 61, of Butler waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, and registration/title required, filed March 27 by state police.

David J. Meals, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation, careless driving and a safety belt violation filed March 20 by state police.

Brandon O. Haswell, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to use low beams, filed March 6 by state police.

Sarah K. Barkley, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 10 by Butler Township police.

Matthew A. Rizzo, 57, of Leechburg waived to court a retail theft charge filed Feb. 23 by Butler Township police.

Stephanie A. Barron, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed Feb. 22 by Butler Township police.

Jane M. Petroci, 70, of Butler waived to court a retail theft charge filed March 31 by Butler Township police.

Kathlene D. Callicott, 46, of Upper St. Clair waived to court charges of stalking, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment filed April 14 by Butler Township police.

Albert J. Mastrocesare, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed March 24 by Butler Township police.

Joshua M. McBride, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft (five counts) filed March 17 by Butler Township police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases.

Mary Agnes Ranker, 61, of Cranberry Township was held for court on charges of driving under the influence filed April 5 by Adams Township police.

Sharen Leonna Bass, 42, of New Castle waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving with blood-alcohol content of .02 or greater while license is suspended, exhibiting another driver’s license, speeding, careless driving and reckless driving filed April 3 by state police.

William Frederi Starkey, 35, of Ambridge waived to court charges of stalking, criminal mischief, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct, harassment and simple assault filed April 24 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police.

Wayne E. Nicklas, 70, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence and damage to property by operating a motor vehicle (two counts) filed April 7 by Adams Township police.

Lawrence Richard Hood, 52, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of stalking and harassment filed May 23 by Adams Township police.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases.

Michael Anthony Guerierrio, 39, of Lyndora waived to court charges of conspiracy, altered access device, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property filed April 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Stephen Wise, 33, of Ambridge waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, criminal attempt, unauthorized use of an access device and theft by deception filed March 30 by Cranberry Township police.

Alexandria Irene Zorn, 21, of Harmony waived to court charges of driving under the influence and no headlights filed Jan. 31 by Cranberry Township police.

Jesse T. Lackovic, 21, of Zelienople waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance (seven counts), conspiracy, receiving stolen property, criminal use of a communication facility (four counts), possession of a controlled substance (four counts), and possession of drug paraphernalia (four counts) filed April 4 by Cranberry Township police.

Shane Lee Karenbauer, 27, of Baden, Beaver County, waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Brayden Willi Albertini, 18, of Cranberry Township waived to court a charge of possession of marijuana filed Feb. 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Dustin Colin Heisler, 27, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed March 14 by Cranberry Township police.

Mary Kathryn Herzog, 50, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane and failure to keep right filed March 2 by Cranberry Township police.

Amy Lynn Kline, 43, of Zelienople was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and improper display plate filed Feb. 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Michael J. Hutcheson, 32, of Mars was held for court on charges of bad checks and impersonating a public servant filed March 14 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional police.

Jess Arthur Reissig, 24, of Gibsonia was held for court on charges of retail theft and defiant trespass filed March 8 by Cranberry Township police.

Heather Louise Kline, 40, of Portersville was held for court on charges of driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while operator’s privilege is suspended or revoked, and possession/sale/use display documents filed March 7 by Cranberry Township police.

Malcom C. Visnich, 23, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of conspiracy, unauthorized use of an access device, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and retail theft filed March 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Christine McCarthy, 48, of Harmony was held for court on a bad check charge filed Jan. 26 by Cranberry Township police.
