Kilroy sentenced to state prison in drug case
A Butler woman was sentenced to state prison on two drug delivery cases in Butler County Court on Thursday.
Ginger T. Kilroy, 38, was sentenced to 21 to 42 months in a state correctional facility by county Judge Timothy McCune. She was also ordered to undergo 12 months of probation following her release and pay $250 in fines, after pleading guilty to felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance on April 24.
Kilroy was initially charged with two felony counts of possession with intent, six misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on June 12, 2014, and felony possession with intent, two counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on Jan. 25.
