SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Colten Lee McDermott, 25, of Leechburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, failure to keep right and use of text-based communications filed Feb. 9 by Buffalo Township police.

Jason Lee Fisher, 39, of Weston, W.Va., was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and scattering rubbish filed March 28 by Penn Township police.

Kimberly Marie Fisher, 38, of Weston, W.Va., was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 28 by Penn Township police.

Carli Dawn Colcombe, 20, of Sarver was held for court on a charge of defiant trespass filed March 28 by Buffalo Township police.

George Lewis Miller III, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of .153 and driving on the wrong side of the road filed March 6 by state police in Butler.

Anthony Michael Cousins, 25, of Prospect waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance (three counts), stopped on road violation, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and a lighting violation filed Dec. 23 by state police in Butler.

Jeffrey Alan Mohney, 41, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of driving under the influence filed Dec. 5 by state police.

Craig Michael Hone, 53, of New Kensington waived to court a charge of theft by deception filed Feb. 24 by state police in Butler.

Tara G. Springer, 53, of Wexford waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of .181 filed March 15 by Middlesex Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Wayne Graham Jr., 57, of North Washington was held for court on a charge of criminal mischief filed March 7 by state police in Butler.

Darrin Ealy, 55, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence high rate of alcohol filed Feb. 6 by state police in Butler.

Beth Beeler, 56, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes filed Feb. 6 by state police. A charge of careless driving was withdrawn.

Travis Duttine, 23, of Bruin was held for court on charges of forgery, theft by unlawful taking and theft from a motor vehicle filed Jan. 13 by state police.

Rhonda Shuler, 28, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution filed Feb. 2 by state police.

Christopher Matthews, 35, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of escape filed April 13 by state police in Butler.

Patrick Duncan, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary (three counts), criminal trespass (three counts), possession of a firearm, criminal intent, theft by unlawful taking (three counts) and criminal mischief (three counts) filed April 13 by state police in Butler.

Patrick Bauldoff, 25, of Fenelton waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct filed April 25 by Pennsylvania Game Commission, northwest region.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David T. Kovach recently heard these cases:

Devan F. McDaniels, 23, of Mercer waived to court charges of possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver (two counts) filed March 1 by Cranberry township police.

Jack L. Wiltsey, 48, of Aliquippa was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Feb. 8 by Cranberry Township police.

Gretchen A. Pass, 33, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving while blood alcohol content was .02 or greater while license was suspended and a driver’s license violation filed Jan. 24 by Cranberry Township police.

Stephanie Jane Rodgers, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance or metabolite (two counts), driving under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, speeding and careless driving filed Jan. 10 by state police.

Christina J. Marker, 29, of Ambridge, Pa., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and failure to stop at a red light filed Dec. 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Linda M. Waxler, 57, of Rochester waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of marijuana filed Feb. 23 by Cranberry Township police.

Thomas Reed, 41, of Rochester waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, access device fraud, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property filed March 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Nathaniel Caldwell, 51, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver (four counts); criminal use of a communication device (two counts); possession of a controlled substance (two counts); and possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts) filed March 9 by Butler County detectives.
