Karns City softball sweeps home doubleheader

Karns City's softball team played a doubleheader in Chicora on Monday and moved its overall record to 7-2 with victories over Armstrong and Clarion-Limestone by scores of 7-6 and 14-1, respectively.

Against Armstrong, Mackenzie Dunn singled twice, tripled and collected three RBI while Emily Huff tripled and drove in two.

The Gremlins crushed the Lions in the nightcap, with Kate Allen and Sami Grazioli both going 3-for-3 at the plate.
