Alexis Stayert, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence by a minor, driving under the influence, purchase of alcohol by a minor, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed Jan. 5 by state police.

Thomas Green, 49, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, a low beam violation and failure to use safety belt filed Jan. 27 by state police.

Michaela Dalessio, 19, of Rural Valley waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence by a minor filed March 7 by state police.

Justin Ray Manny, 36, of Freeport was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation filed Dec. 20 by state police.

Mason Daniel Hodgkiss, 25, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed March 22 by Middlesex Township Police and paid fines and costs of $612.50.

William G. Blust, 21, of Petrolia was held for court on charges of manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 25 by Penn Township Police.

Hannah Faith Adler, 23, of Mars waived to court driving under the influence charges filed Dec. 14 by Middlesex Township Police.

Lee James Rapinski, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault and indecent exposure filed Feb. 23 by state police.

Tyleik J. Smith, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 20 by Penn Township Police.

Tiffany Nichole Hilliard, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy and theft by deception filed April 5 by Butler Township police.

Harold Dwayne Wilson Jr., 24, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property filed April 5 by Butler Township police.

Kevin M. Buzard, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without inspection filed March 20 by Butler Township police.

Jeannette L. Fleeger, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance, a stop/yield sign violation, failure to comply with license restrictions and operating vehicle without inspection filed Feb. 9 by Butler Township police.

Kristin M. Baker, 41, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 20 by Butler Township police and paid a fine and costs of $562.50.

Natasha S. Mathis, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception filed March 28 by Butler Township police and paid a fine and costs of $485.64. Mathis also pleaded guilty to another theft by deception charge filed by Butler Township police of March 28 and paid a fine and costs of $412.50.

Wesley M. Gibson Jr. 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township police and paid a fine and costs of $354.50.
