SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases.

Allison Born, 32, of Valencia waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding filed Feb. 22 by Penn Township Police.

Audra Lynn Divittorio, 30, of Turtle Creek waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and speeding filed Jan. 24 by Penn Township Police.

Shad Gary Foertsch, 37, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence filed Oct. 30 by state police.

Darius Davis, 19, of Parker waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without inspection filed Feb. 14 by Penn Township Police.

Luke M. Sturdevant, 31, of Warren waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 20 by Penn Township Police. In a separate case, he waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed March 20 by Penn Township Police.

Damian Francis Wheeler, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle filed Feb. 28 by Penn Township Police.

Harry Douglas Koch, 48, of Glenshaw waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed March 1 by Penn Township Police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Luke M. Sturdevant, 31, of Warren waived to court a retail theft charge filed Feb. 15 by Butler Township Police.

Steven A. Houser, 25, of Kittanning waived to court charges of fraud/altered/counterfeit certificate of title/registration/insurance; driving during suspension/revocation, driving without insurance, driving without inspection, registration of title required, fraudulent use/removal of a registration plate and a tire violation filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township Police.

Aaron T. Thompson, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal trespass (two counts) filed March 9 by Butler Township Police.

Barry L. Steele Sr., 56, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed March 23 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $460.50.

Ashley D. Myers, 29, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed March 23 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $460.50.

Renee A. Eardley, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Feb. 14 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $460.50.

Darrell R. Pacoe, 43, of Butler pleaded guilty to a harassment charge filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $354.50. In a separate case he waived to court charges of terroristic threats, stalking (two counts); simple assault by menace (two counts), disorderly conduct (two counts), hit and run (two counts), harassment by following (two counts), harassment by annoyance (two counts), criminal mischief (two counts), obstructing highways, overtaking a vehicle on the left, following too closely (two counts), limitations on backing, and reckless driving (three counts) filed Feb. 7 by Butler Township Police.

Yvonne I. Schall, 42, of Dayton pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 13 by state police and paid a fine and costs of $612.50.

Earl A. Herbert Jr., 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft filed March 30 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine, costs and restitution of $958.28.

Steven R. Parsons, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of intimidation/retaliation/obstruction in child abuse cases, concealment of whereabouts of child, and flight to avoid apprehension filed Feb. 21 by Butler Township Police.

Bradley J. Harriett, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle and criminal mischief filed Feb. 21 by Butler Township Police.

Lee R. Hockenberry, 48, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of robbery, retail theft, disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief filed March 9 by Butler Township Police. In a separate case he was held for court on charges of retail theft (two counts), and receiving stolen property filed March 14 by Butler Township Police.

Dyonte M. Hayes-Flynn, 27, of Sharon was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, false I.D. to law enforcement, driving under suspension/revocation, and a turning violation filed March 13 by state police.

Melissa K. Harmon-Davis, 32, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness filed March 14 by Butler Township Police.

Larry J. Massella, 64, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of public drunkenness filed Feb. 13 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $360.50.

Nicholas A. Massella, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct filed Feb. 12 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $812.50.

Gordon A. Brown, 45, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities filed Feb. 16 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $606.50.

Raymond T. Maloney, 20, of Cranberry Township waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 23 by state police.

Brittany A. McCory, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed Feb. 8 by Butler Township Police.

Elizabeth M. Kordich, 23, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, immediate notice of accident to police, and operation of vehicle without registration/certificate of title filed Jan. 5 by Butler Township Police. In a separate case, she was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, reckless driving and speeding filed Jan. 3 by Butler Township Police.

Maryrose Marie Hatfield, 37, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver (two counts), criminal conspiracy, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance (two counts) filed March 23 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Sarah Kay Barkley, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass filed Feb. 27 by Butler Township Police.

Brandi Lee Sobotka, 23, of Lower Burrell waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, following too closely, speeding, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Feb. 8 by Butler Township Police.

Austin James Wickline, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, a lighting violation and a seat belt violation, filed Feb. 23 by state police.

Breanna Jayde Aldrich, 18, of Connellsville was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver (two counts), criminal conspiracy, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance (two counts) filed March 23 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Bryant Keith Wells Jr. 26, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver (two counts), criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana filed March 23 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Marcus Allen Wells, 23, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver (two counts), criminal conspiracy, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance filed March 23 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Jemeal M. Youngblood, 19, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance (two counts) filed March 23 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Surenu Erika Frank, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed Feb. 9 by Butler Township Police. Surenu also waived to court a retail theft charge filed Jan. 18 by Butler Township Police and waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed Feb. 27 by Butler Township Police.
