Police had been looking for Harriett since Monday when they got an arrest warrant for him in connection with a recent break-in at an apartment on Third Street.

The defendant is accused of breaking into the home March 31 while the tenant was in the hospital. He is charged with felony trespass.

Police said that in the latest case he is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

District Judge Lewis Stoughton arraigned Harriett on the felony charge in the warrant. The defendant was placed in Butler County Prison on $10,000 bail following arraignment.

Police said Yost knew the woman.

He was arraigned on a misdemeanor count of theft in the case. He was returned to the Butler County Prison with an additional $500 added to his bail.

Yost has been in the prison since April 7 when Butler police arrested him on charges he stole a man’s winter coat and an Xbox One video game console and video game from the same Shore Street home. He is charged in that case with misdemeanor counts of theft and receiving stolen property.

A patrol trooper on Route 422 near Shuler Road spotted the defendants’ car with a malfunctioning taillight and stopped them about 10 p.m. May 28, 2015. Will was driving the car.

Pacelli admitted there was drug contraband in the vehicle, according to court documents, and Will gave his consent for police to search it.
