Monday — Police obtained an arrest warrant for Bradley J. Harriett, 43, of Butler stemming from the recent break-in at an apartment on Third Street.

The tenant, 54-year-old Joseph Queen, told police that he was admitted to the hospital on March 27 and learned of the alleged crime April 3 when he returned home, according to court documents.

Queen said his apartment had been entered and numerous items valued at more than $1,500 were stolen Among the missing property was a Dell laptop computer, two video game consoles, more than 60 video games, three watches and a police scanner.

A friend who was watching over the apartment while the victim was in the hospital, advised that he had gone to the home March 31 to find the front door open and the side window screen pushed in, documents said.

On April 4, Queen called to pass on to investigators information he had gotten from another friend, who had stopped by the victim’s apartment March 31. When the friend got there, he saw a red car in the driveway. He knocked on the door and a man answered. The stranger identified himself as “Brad,” documents said.

7:04 p.m. Thursday — Kathlene D. Callicott, 45, of Pittsburgh was arrested after she allegedly drove drunk to an ex-boyfriend’s home on Greenhill Drive, where she also is accused of getting into an altercation with police.

Officers found Callicott at the home, where she was arguing in the driveway with a man, who police identified as her former boyfriend. She claimed she “was there to sell him marijuana,” according to court documents.

While speaking to the defendant, police said they smelled alcohol on her. They also noticed an empty bottle of wine on the floor of her car.

She subsequently failed field sobriety tests. Police said they had to “forcefully” place her into a patrol car when she became uncooperative.
