District Judge Lewis Stoughton

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Joshua McBride, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and destroying inventory filed March 7 by Butler state police.

Matthew Mahlmeister, 32, of Sarver was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed filed Jan. 30 by Butler state police.

Stephani Schroeder, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal mischief, resisting arrest and harassment filed March 7 by Butler state police.

Alan Gilliland, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving filed March 7 by Butler state police.

Robert Whitlatch, 22, of Boyers waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed Jan. 19 by Butler state police.

Edward Harold, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of providing inaccurate information (three counts) filed Feb. 2 by Butler state police.

Patricia Smith, 51, of Worthington waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while blood alcohol content was 0.02 or greater while license was suspended, failure to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed, failure to use a safety belt and operating a vehicle without inspection filed March 7 by Butler state police. Charges of operating a vehicle without insurance and careless driving were withdrawn.

Nathan Huber, 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of access device fraud filed Feb. 21 by Butler state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William S. O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Clarke James Okinski, 57, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to use a safety belt and operating a vehicle without inspection filed March 4 by state police.

Patrick Jason Pickering, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of false imprisonment, criminal trespass, harassment, criminal mischief and theft filed March 5 by state police.

Thomas C. Rafferty, 53, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, moving a vehicle unsafely and making an improper turn filed Jan. 18 by state police.

Gary Paul White, 33, of Portersville was held for court on charges of theft and demanding property to secure employment filed Jan. 11 by state police.

Roger Allen Ristity, 58, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of terroristic threats, resisting arrest and harassment filed March 7 by state police.

Stephen Hunter Wood, 21, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving the wrong way filed March 3 by Slippery Rock police.

Andrew Jacob Walters, 24, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats, simple assault and reckless endangerment filed Feb. 22 by state police.

Edie Anne Sawyer, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of insurance fraud and criminal attempt to commit theft by deception filed Dec. 16 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Patrick L. Duncan, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief filed Feb. 28 by Penn Township police.

Jordan T. Klodowski, 21, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence filed July 2 by Kittanning state police.

Kathryn C. Demor, 56, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and driving on the wrong side of the road filed Dec. 12 by Middlesex Township police.

Quran Ali Elton Overton, 36, of New Kensington waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and improper sunscreening filed Feb. 10 by Kittanning state police.

Joseph Martin Tedesco, 26 of Ford City was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Aug. 26 by Kittanning state police.

John Anthony Nagg, 75, waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and driving on the wrong side of the road filed Jan. 14 by Penn Township police.

Mark Edward Hauserman, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of terroristic threats (two counts) and harassment (two counts) filed Feb. 10 by Penn Township police.

Maximilliam Wayne Halterman, 21, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of criminal mischief, simple assault and harassment filed Jan. 10 by Penn Township police.

Jennifer Yvonne Cunningham, 37, of Worthington waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 26 by Kittanning state police.

Aaron Daniel Cunningham, 38, of Indiana, Pa., waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and a lighting violation filed Nov. 26 by Kittaning state police.

Michael Ryan Mazzanti, 36, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license filed Dec. 27 by Middlesex Township police.
