CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Frank Joseph Hundley, 31, of Columbus, Ohio, waived to court charges of possession of an instrument of crime, forgery, identity theft, false identification to law enforcement, defiant trespass and retail theft filed Feb. 21 by Cranberry Township Police.

Andrew John Hack, 34, of Renfrew, waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed Jan. 18 by Cranberry Township Police.

Jacob Joseph Harm, 35, of Barberton, Ohio, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and careless driving filed Jan. 5 by state police.

Philip Max Haugh, 50, of Rochester, Pa., waived to court charges of unauthorized use of an access device and bad checks filed Nov. 18 by Cranberry Township Police.

Maurice Ibarra-Vazquez, 25, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and driving while blood alcohol content is .02 or greater while license is suspended filed by Cranberry Township Police on Jan. 26.

Christine Ann Coontz, 30, of Butler, was held for court on charges of retail theft and defiant trespass filed Nov. 3 by Cranberry Township Police.

Kaywood Edward Jones, 49, of Aliquippa, was held for court on charges of conspiracy, unauthorized use of an access device, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property filed April 27 by Cranberry Township Police.

Natalie B. Orris, 31, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed Jan. 31 by Cranberry Township Police.

James Kanzelmeyer, 38, of Beaver County, waived to court charges of conspiracy (two counts), retail theft (two counts), altered access device (two counts), theft by deception (two counts), and receiving stolen property (two counts) in two cases filed Feb. 1 by Cranberry Township Police.

Andrew J. Minehart, 21, of Pulaski, was held for court on charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, criminal attempt, aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, and indecent exposure filed Jan. 6 by Cranberry Township Police.

Daniel Curtis Leasher, 30, of Butler, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft (two counts), and receiving stolen property (two counts), filed Jan. 17 by state police. In a separate case also filed Jan. 17 by state police, he waived to court charges of burglary (13 counts), and theft (five counts).

Chris Friedman, 33, of Zelienople, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft (two counts), and receiving stolen property (two counts), filed Jan. 17 by state police.

Connor Byer, 19, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment filed Feb. 13, by Cranberry Township Police.

Maria Teresa Esteban, 53, of Sewickley, waived to court a retail theft charge filed Feb. 19 by Cranberry Township Police.

Ryan Jabaut, 30, of Pittsburgh, waived to court a retail theft charge filed Jan. 18 by Cranberry Township Police.

Jade Perry, 27, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of retail theft (two counts), receiving stolen property (two counts), and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 21 by Cranberry Township Police.

Shiloh Chance Vernotsky, 20, of Akron, Ohio, was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Jan. 6 by state police.

John D. Uhl, 56, of Ellwood City, was held for court on a charge of stalking filed Feb. 14 by Cranberry Township Police.

Justin Biesenkamp, 40, of Baden, was held for court on charges of conspiracy (two counts), retail theft (two counts), receiving stolen property (two counts) and driving under suspension filed Jan. 12 by Cranberry Township Police.

Nancy J. Kenley, 48, of Beaver Falls was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Dec. 15 by Cranberry Township Police.
