Senior centers at Butler, Chicora, Cranberry, Evans City, Mars, Slippery Rock, North Central, Mount Chestnut and Southeast will serve these menus beginning Wednesday.

Meals are served at noon at all sites except Butler (11:30 a.m.). Reservations are requested two days in advance.

WEDNESDAY — Open-faced roast beef sandwich with gravy, whipped potatoes, peas, carrots, whole wheat bread and cookie

THURSDAY — Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato, oven-brown potatoes, coleslaw and seasonal fruit

FRIDAY — Baked pollock with dill sauce, baked potato with sour cream, Harvard beets, dinner roll and tropical fruit salad

MONDAY — Pepper steak with peppers and gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread and cookies

TUESDAY — Chicken cobb salad, noodle soup with crackers, dinner roll and pineapple.
