MARS — The Mars Public Library, 107 Grand Ave., will have a soap-making workshop at 6 p.m. April 12.

Instructor Lori Chandler, a certified soap maker and teacher, will demonstrate the soap- making process.

This event is for those 18 and older. It is free, but registration is required.
