Youth hoop tourney

NATRONA HEIGHTS — North American Youth Sports has announced openings remain for its second spring youth basketball tournament April 21-23 at St. Joseph High School.

The tournament features boys and girls brackets from fifth-sixth grade through 11th-12th. Entry fee is $110 with a guaranteed two-game minimum.

Entry deadline is April 7.

Race for the Cure

PITTSBURGH — Registration is now open for the 25th annual Susan G. Komen Pittsburgh Race, slated May 14 at Schenley Park in Oakland.

Race events include a 5k timed run, a 5k untimed walk/run, Kids’ Dash, One-Mile Fun Walk and Sleep In for the Cure.

Individuals and teams may register online at www.komenpittsburgh.org through noon May 10.
