EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne D. Seibel recently heard these cases:

Jonathan Patrick Amos, 19, of New Castle waived to court charges of corruption of minors, terroristic threats and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age filed Feb. 9 by Butler state police.

Nicholas Cobo Brito, 24, of Atlanta was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence (two counts) filed Feb. 14 by Zelienople police.

Lynn M. Scott, 55, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and disregarding traffic lanes filed Jan. 10 by Adams Township police.

Joshua Donald Black, 37, of Mars waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts), and disregarding traffic lanes filed Jan. 30 by Adams Township police.

Beth Ann Gartner, 46, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts), failure to keep right, careless driving, accident involving damage and failure to report accident involving damage filed Jan. 25 by Butler state police.

Jeffrey D. Madaffari, 58, of Mars waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault (two counts) recklessly endangering another person and harassment filed Jan. 7 by Adams Township police.

Rebecca Lynn Paul, 33, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of theft and access device fraud (eight counts) filed Feb. 10 by Adams Township police.

Rebecca Diane Lutz, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of endangering the welfare of children, driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangerment filed Feb. 24 by Adams Township police.

Shawn Patrick Kenney, 29, of Zelienople waived to court charges of theft (30 counts), receiving stolen property (40 counts), theft from a motor vehicle (30 counts), access device fraud (five counts), forgery (five counts) criminal mischief (four counts) and criminal trespass (five counts) filed Dec. 15 by Zelienople police.
