EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne D. Seibel recently heard these cases:

Julian Winston Hood, 32, of Valencia waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle filed Feb. 7 by Adams Township police. A charge of theft by unlawful taking was withdrawn.

Aaron Lee Perri, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief filed Aug. 2 by Butler state police.

Melissa May Honeycutt, 38, of Zelienople waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and driving with driving an unregistered vehicle filed Jan. 17 by Jackson Township police.

Victoria Lynn Vargo, 46, of Zelienople waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and a lighting violation filed Oct. 31 by Jackson Township police. A charge of endangering the welfare of children (two counts) was withdrawn.

Robert Joseph Kisiel, 27, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft of services and abandonment of a dog (two counts) filed Oct. 25 by Jackson Township police.

Elijah Daniel Gengler, 21, of Valencia waived to court a charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor filed Jan. 3 by Adams Township police.

John Lawrence Gray, 50, of Wexford waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts), disregarding traffic lane, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and failure to use a safety belt filed Oct. 25 by Butler state police.

Jesse James Merten, 34, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and careless driving filed Jan. 6 by Jackson Township police.

Danielle Powell, 40, of Herminie waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, access device fraud, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property filed Jan. 5 by Cranberry Township police.

Daniel Hanlin Powell, 32, of Herminie waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, access device fraud, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property filed Jan. 5 by Cranberry Township police.

Ronald James McGuire, 61, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Jan. 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Alvin R. Simmins, 57, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of access device fraud, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks filed Jan. 18 by Cranberry Township police.

Angeline D. Serushyana-Bettis, 33, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and endangering the welfare of children filed Jan. 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Leah Love Frazier, 36, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft, receiving stolen property and theft by deception filed Dec. 8 by Cranberry Township police.

In a separate case, Frazier waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft, receiving stolen property, access device fraud and theft by deception filed Oct. 31 by Cranberry Township police.

Patrick Filsinger, 50, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, habitual offender of driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and a title violation filed Jan. 6 by Cranberry Township police. Charges of retail theft, driving with a suspended license and permitting unauthorized person to drive were withdrawn.

Jordan Filsinger, 25, of Avalon waived to court charges of fleeing, criminal conspiracy, retail theft, receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at red light and speeding (two counts) filed Jan. 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Bryan Paul Ross, 29, of Mars waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts), careless driving and making an improper turn filed Jan. 10 by Cranberry Township police.

James D. Lucot, 74, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of defiant trespass and harassment (two counts) filed Jan. 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Cody Miller, 26, of Rochester was held for court on a charge of defiant trespass filed Jan. 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Gary Francis Volz, 56, of Mars was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence (two counts) filed July 8 by Evans City-Seven Fields police.

Jessica A. Mann, 30, of Barton, Ohio, waived to court a charge of retail theft filed Feb. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

Jason King, 32, of Aliquippa waived to court a charge of retail theft filed Feb. 2 by Cranberry Township police.
