Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, 700 Frank Curto Drive, features the Orchid and Tropical Bonsai Show through March 5. Visitors wearing a tropical shirt on Sundays in February receive half off regular admission of $17.95 for adults, $16.95 for senior citizens, and $11.95 for children 2 to 18. Carnegie Museum of Natural History, 4400 Forbes Ave., is showing “Amazing Butterflies.” Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays through Saturdays with extended hours until 8 p.m. Thursdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays.
