Butler police, while responding to a possible burglary in progress at an office building on East Brady Street, discovered a man and woman pulling their clothes back on, according to the police report.

The couple’s sexual encounter was caught on surveillance video, said police, who got the call about 11 p.m. Friday.

The couple — Ryan S. Wade, 30, of Butler and Georgia L. Smith, 29, no known address — were arrested and charged with felony trespass, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Police checked with the owner and determined that neither Wade nor Smith had permission to be there.
