Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. During the crash one of the vehicles, a Dodge Ram 2500 shown above, hit an embankment, flipped over and struck a small tree before coming to a rest on its roof. The other vehicle sustained heavy rear-end damage. Crews from Harmony EMS,Harmony Fire District and Portersville Muddy Creek Township Volunteer Fire Department responded. Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
