The driver of this Ford Escape was not injured when he lost control of the vehicle and it overturned on Church Road in Penn Township.

According to officials, the man in the Escape, who is from Tarentum, was driving toward Route 8 when his vehicle collided with a Nissan Frontier.

After the collision the Escape careened off the road and rolled over.

The driver of the Nissan also was not hurt, but a passenger complained of chest pains, according to officials.

Church Road was closed for about an hour.
