Union 51, Clarion 44 — Frankee Remmick scored 20 points and had nine rebounds for the Damsels.

Lexey Shick added 18 points, five assists and six steals for Union, which took a 27-22 lead at the half.

Girard 41, Grove City 27 — Hannah Santom scored 13 points to lead the Eagles.

Avonworth 62, Knoch 47 — The Knights closed the season with a 6-16 record.

Boys Basketball

Keystone's Austin Ion sank a 3-pointer at the buzzer to lift the Panthers to a 47-45 victory over Karns City.

Ian McElroy led the Gremlins (14-7) with 18 points and Noah Pollock added 11.

Swimming

Mari Reott set a pool record in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:00.31 as the Slippery Rock girls rolled past Rocky Grove, 93-33.

Reott also won the 100 butterfly.

Tabitha Donaldson also was a multiple winner for Slippery Rock.

On the boys side, Trent Donaldson won the 100 and 200 freestyle as the Rockets eked out a 58-52 victory.
