PENN TWP — A hit-and-run vehicle accident around 11 a.m. Wednesday reportedly on Route 8 has led to a manhunt in southern Butler County.

According to county emergency radio transmissions, two men in a Jeep fled south on Route 8 after colliding with another vehicle.

Police stopped the Jeep, but the men ran away. One of the men was caught, while the other remains at large, according to the radio transmissions.

They are reportedly two African American males, with one having a suspended Florida driver’s license.
