Francis “Frank” J. Napodano

Francis “Frank” J. Napodano, 98, of Butler passed away Tuesday at the Hospice at the Lowrie Place.

Born May 24, 1918, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Nicholas and the late Jenny Civitella Napodano.

Frank proudly served his country during World War II as a member of the U.S. Army infantry in northern Europe.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his four daughters, Jo Ann Reichert and her husband, William, Francine Bauer and her husband, Scott K., Carol Beringer and her husband, Craig, and Jennifer White and her husband, Kenneth; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; his brother, Nicholas Napodano; and several nieces and nephews.

NAPODANO — Private family services for Francis “Frank” J. Napodano, who died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, will be conducted Friday at the Boylan Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew. He will be laid to rest at the Long Island National Cemetery in Farmingdale, N.Y.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
