BC3 women lose on buzzer-beater
The Butler County Community College women's basketball team was dealt a heart-breaking loss Monday.
BC3's Kaylyn Callihan hit two free throws with seven seconds remaining to tie the game, but Grove City College's junior varsity team won on a buzzer-beater, 59-57.
Julia Baxter totaled 34 points and 20 rebounds for the Pioneers (9-8). Callihan added 14 points and Christina Davis 12 assists.
