PORTERSVILLE — Portersville Christian School, 343 Portersville Road, will have an information night and open house at 7 p.m. Jan. 23 in the church.

The event is for families interested in enrolling students for the 2017-2018 school year.

The school is accepting student applications and registrations before the release of next year’s tuition schedule at the end of March. There are openings for kindergarten and most grade levels for fall 2017.

For more information, to receive an application packet or to make a reservation for the open house, call the school at 724-368-8787, Ext. 201. Reservations for the open house are preferred but not required.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The Institute for Learning in Retirement will offer many classes and day trips this spring. Most classes will meet in Slippery Rock.
