CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard the following cases.

Douglas William Augustine Jr., 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of making false written statement under penalty of perjury filed Nov. 22 by state police and was ordered to pay fine and costs of $412.

James Michael Wesley, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to use seat belt and lane violations filed Nov. 14 by state police.

Christine Leigh Flak, 46, of New Castle waived to court charges of retail theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, corruption of minors and harassment filed Dec. 17 by state police.

Ronald Bombara, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated indecent assault, two counts of unlawful contact with a minor, two counts of corruption of minors, two counts of indecent assault and two counts of indecent exposure filed Nov. 29 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Jonathan Palmerino Hites, 20, of New Castle waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving under the influence, possession of alcohol by a minor, careless driving and lane violations filed Oct. 15 by state police.

Turquoise Michelle Vaughn, 20, of Washington waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a light violation filed Oct. 22 by state police.

Amy Rae Kyser, 19, of Coraopolis waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving the wrong way and minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system filed Nov. 5 by Slippery Rock police.

Alaina Gabrie Venturino, 19, of Glenshaw was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of alcohol by a minor, minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system, careless driving and a light violation filed Sept. 11 by Slippery Rock University police.

Stacy Leann Bell, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and restrictions on alcoholic beverages filed Nov. 1 by state police.

Rebekah Marie Schaechin, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, driving unregistered vehicle, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and no headlights filed Sept. 4 by state police.

Justin Michael Brown, 27, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault filed Dec. 9 by Slippery Rock police.

James Sean O’Brien, 19, of Lewisburg waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Oct. 31 by Slippery Rock University police.

Anthony Laszio James Shaffer, 23, of Allison Park waived to court charges of driving under the influence, obscured registration plate, failure to notify change of address and no headlights filed Oct. 15 by state police.

James Dean Begley, 23, of Evans City, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and operating unsafe equipment filed Sept. 7 by Slippery Rock police.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard the following cases.

Joshua Edward Eck, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 12 by Penn Township Police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $462.

Brian Lynn Rosenberger, 24, of Kittanning waived to court charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and public drunkenness filed Dec. 18 by state police.

Patricia Elizabeth Lachance, 50, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed Oct. 10 by Middlesex Township police.

Brian S. Schuller, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and unauthorized use of an automobile filed Dec. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

James Campbell, 47, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed Nov. 22 by Buffalo Township police.

Gerald B. McNally Jr. 46, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving filed Nov. 6 by Buffalo Township police.

Matthew Shelton Parker, 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of rape (two counts), aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children and indecent assault (three counts) filed Dec. 20 by Penn Township Police.

Edwin Mark Fischi, 32, of Sewickley waived to court charges of criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness filed Oct. 30 by Middlesex Township police.

Tina Mae Budner, 46, of Cabot, was held for court on charges of felony retail theft (six counts) filed Dec. 31 by Buffalo Township police.

Dean Brian Miller, 46, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and a limited access highways violation filed Dec. 30 by state police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne D. Seibel recently heard these cases:

Gene Paul Ruhle, 28, of Mars waived to court charges of aggravated assault (two counts), manufacture of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful restraint, simple assault (three counts), reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct (two counts) and harassment (three counts) filed Dec. 21 by Adams Township police.

John Jacob Trump, 37, of Boalsburg, Pa., was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance (two counts), a lane violation and disobeying traffic direction orders filed Oct. 13 by Jackson Township police.

James Matthew Leiby, 39, of Zelienople, a convicted sexual offender, was held for court on a charge of failure to register with state police filed Dec. 23 by Jackson Township police.

Thomas Richard Ziacik, 54, of Cranberry Township was held for court on charges of driving under the influence (two counts), failure to keep right and a lane violation filed Nov. 28 by Butler state police.

Steven M. Ryba, 49, of Westlake, Ohio, waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and careless driving filed Dec. 21 by Lancaster Township police.

Adam Richard Baehr, 22, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving filed Dec. 6 by Zelienople police.

Bryan Shawn Derlisio, 44, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and careless driving filed Oct. 3 by Adams Township police. Charges of an accident involving damage, failure to notify police of an accident and improperly displaying a plate were withdrawn.

Jamie Todd Pyle, 46, of Chicora was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment (two counts), driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended registration, driving with a suspended license, following too closely and not using the low beams filed Dec. 27 by Butler state police.

Michael A. Guerriero, 38, of Chicora waived to court charges of robbery, retail theft and harassment filed Dec. 24 by Butler state police. Two counts of disorderly conduct were withdrawn.
