Novak, Dorich

Natalie and Jason Dorich

Natalie L. Novak of Butler and Jason M. Dorich of Erie were united in marriage Nov. 19 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at the Butler Country Club.

The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Joyce Novak of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Thomas and Mary Dorich of Erie.

The honor attendant was Haley Novak of Butler. Bridesmaids included Monica O’Donnell of Butler, Elizabeth Zaludek of Butler, Caitlin Tschappat of Butler, Jamie Pavlik of Leechburg, Leah King of Erie and Sara Dorich of Erie.

The flower girls were Emma Dorich and Carson Regis.

Performing the duties of best man was Andrew Dorich of Erie. Ushers included William D’Andrea, Shane Hodapp, James Cowles, Joseph Jelinek, Evan Sonney and Michael Rouse, all of Erie.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Butler High School and received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Penn State Behrend in 2011.

She is completing a doctoral degree in nursing practice at Robert Morris University to become a nurse practitioner. She is employed by Grove City Medical Center.

The bridegroom graduated from Mercyhurst Preparatory School in 2008. He received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Penn State Behrend in 2010.

He is completing a doctoral degree in nursing practice at Robert Morris University to become a nurse practitioner. He is employed by UPMC Passavant.

Following a honeymoon trip to the Bahamas, the couple is making their home in Butler.
