I lost more than cash

To the person or persons who felt it necessary to break out my vehicle's window and steal my personal belongings:

What was it worth to you, the few dollars that you got? Let me tell you what it was worth to me.

I can replace my lunch money, my cards, and a few other things in there. What are you going to do with my rewards cards? My casino players card? What about the couple of pictures in there that can't be replaced? The receipts for a few bought gifts? The key to my suitcase? There were tokens in there that were for other people.

How about the major damage you did to my vehicle — I can't just replace the glass because you bent the frame with whatever you used to pop the glass. I will now be without transportation for several days while that is being fixed. Every time I hear a noise, I am up looking out the window to see if anything is going on. I feel violated and you have robbed me of my sense of security.

If by some chance you do read or hear about this, how about throwing my stuff back on my lawn or in my driveway after you have taken the money? Do you know the amount of hours I have spent replacing items that I need that you took? You can't give me back my sleepless nights, time or sense of security. So I ask, what was it worth to you?
