CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David T. Kovach recently heard these cases:

Wendy Liann Hartnett, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal trespass filed Aug. 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Heather Lynn Curtis, 30, of Ambridge was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft filed Sept. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

William C. Bennett, 53, of Zelienople waived to court charges of possession and delivery of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance filed Aug. 13 by Butler County detectives.

Taylor Lindsey Watts, 26, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license filed Aug. 28 by Cranberry Township police.

George Patrick Maykranz, 52, of Conway waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Oct. 13 by Cranberry Township police.

In a separate case, Maykranz waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Oct. 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Amy L. Oliver, 38, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 7 by Cranberry Township police.

Michael Allen Hanry Jr., 24, of Elwood City waived to court charges of providing materially false written statement for purchase of a firearm and statement under penalty filed Sept. 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Brad A. Ruozzo, 32, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Aug. 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Linda Marie Claypool, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and defiant tresspass filed Sept. 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Leonard L. Cooper, 39, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of retail theft filed Nov. 14 by Cranberry Township police.

Thomas John Rogers, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 18 by Butler state police.

Nicholas A. Abbott, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court a charge of agricultural vandalism filed Nov. 22 by Butler state police.

Janise Nicole Fout, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving filed Nov. 22 by Butler state police.

Pressley Richard Shearer, 56, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane single, making an improper turn, speeding and careless driving filed Nov. 22 by Butler state police.

Courtney Anne Wilson, 25, of Hilliards waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and not yielding at roadway filed Oct. 4 by Butler state police.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Brian Rezzetano, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, rape, aggravated indecent assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and criminal mischief filed Oct. 28 by Penn Township police.

Carol Joseph Renshaw, 48, waived to court a charge of driving under the influence (two counts) filed Aug. 22 by Penn Township police.

Nichole L. Ferguson, 22, was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license filed April 27 by Penn Township police.

Joy Ann Kennedy, 45, of Valencia was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment filed Oct. 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Christopher A. Mystkowski, 27, of New Kensington was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, sun screening violation and invalid registration filed June 8 by Kittanning state police.

Mark C. Swift, 27, of New Kensington waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, restrictions on use of limited access highways and driving with a suspended license filed Aug. 29 by Kittanning state police.

Amy M. McMaster, 34, of Dayton waived to court charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance filed Aug. 29 by Kittanning state police.

Holly N. Pallerino, 40, of Wexford waived to court a charge of driving under the influence (two counts) filed Sept. 30 by Middlesex Township police.

Krista Marie Payne, 20, of Tarentum waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed May 31 by Middlesex Township police.

Milagros Mircle Velasquez, 50, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts), driving under the influence of a controlled substance, one way road violation and careless driving filed Sept. 19 by Kittanning state police.

Anthony M. McIntyre, 27, of New Kensington pleaded guilty to charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed Oct. 17 by Middlesex Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $1,522.
