CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Nicholas Christopher Ace, 34, of Sharon was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed Nov. 8 by Butler state police.

Robert Matthew Woodruff, 36, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, theft, criminal mischief and possession of a prohibited firearm filed Oct. 15 by Butler state police.

In a separate case, he was held for court on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief filed Oct. 31 by Butler state police.

Jamie Lee Woodruff, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief filed Oct. 18 by Butler state police.

In a separate case, she was held for court on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief filed Oct. 18 by Butler state police.

James William Holton, 51, of Emlenton was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, improper stop and careless driving filed Nov. 8 by Butler state police.

Samantha Mae Connolly, 23, of North Washington waived to court charges of possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance (two counts), careless driving and driving without headlights filed Oct. 13 by Butler state police.

Ralph Gene Myers, 37, of East Vandergrift waived to court charges of possession of red phosphorous and other chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, improperly storing or disposing of chemical waste, possession of ephedrine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, impaired ability, resisting arrest, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while operator privilege is suspended, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lane filed Oct. 28 by Butler state police. Charges of tampering with evidence and careless driving were withdrawn.

Hayden Matthew Kretzer, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence by a minor, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane single, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, failure to use a safety belt, purchase of alcohol beverage by a minor and prohibiting text based communications filed Nov. 8 by Butler state police.

Alicia Marie Gregg, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery (three counts), theft, receiving stolen property, access device fraud (two counts) filed Oct. 12 by Butler state police.

Erik Kent Dubois, 29, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of aggravated assault (two counts), discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, reckless endangerment (two counts), disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal trespass, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a prohibited firearm and driving with a suspended license filed Nov. 4 by Butler state police.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David T. Kovach recently heard these cases:

James Hyatt, 55, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of Simple assault and harassment filed Oct. 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Page Elizabeth Miller, 22, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and restrictions on alcoholic beverages filed June 20 by Jackson Township police.

Kandess R. Kahler, 23, of Allison Park waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) filed Aug. 3 by Cranberry Township police. A charge of disregarding traffic lane was withdrawn.

Jay Ryan Hagerman, 29, of Seven Fields waived to court charges of driving under the influence (two counts) and disregarding traffic lane filed June 6 by Cranberry Township police.

Jessica Marie Wichman, 32, of Cranberry Township was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, driving under the influence, accident involving damage, failure to notify police of accident, improper right turn, restrictions on alcoholic beverages failure to keep right filed Oct. 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Jeffrey Michael Horner, 34, of Wexford was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed May 30 by Cranberry Township police.

Keilyann Amber Shaffer, 29, of Cheswick was held for court on charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and theft filed Sept. 23, by Cranberry Township police.

Justin Owen Newman, 28, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and theft filed Sept. 23, by Cranberry Township police.
