State Police, Butler,/b>9:45 p.m. Monday — Amy Bair, age unavailable, of Boyers was charged in connection with a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Oneida Valley and Washington roads.8:45 p.m. Monday — Jarid Lee Vandevort, age unavailable, of Boyers was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Mercer Road in Center Township.Friday — Twenty-five gallons of diesel fuel were stolen from a vehicle at the intersection of West Sunbury and Euclid roads between 2 p.m. Nov. 23 and 8:30 p.m. Friday.Nov. 23 — Amy E. Tejada, 35, of Fayetteville, Franklin County, was charged with drugged driving stemming from a traffic stop last month in Butler Township.Police said they stopped Tejada about 1 a.m. after they saw her pickup truck cross the double yellow line at Route 8 south and Litman Road. She appeared impaired, court documents said, and admitted taking several prescription medications that night.She was eventually taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test. Toxicology reports last week showed the presence of the anti-anxiety medication alprazolam, oxycodone painkillers, two antidepressant drugs in her system.Tejada is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving.Nov. 23 — Police charged Michael L. King, 28, of Penn Township with drunken driving in connection with a summer traffic stop in Butler Township. King was stopped about 12:45 a.m. July 31, according to court documents, for weaving in his southbound lane on Route 8 at Vogel Road.Police said King appeared to be under the influence and admitted having consumed alcohol earlier that evening. A breath test later showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.154 percent, or nearly double the state’s 0.08 percent legal limit.State Police, Kittanning2:16 a.m. today — A 25-year-old man, who was not identified by police, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Vandyke Road in South Buffalo Township.
