Susan R. Garris
Susan R. Garris, 66, of Butler passed away at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday at Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice.
She was born April 10, 1950, in Butler, the daughter of the late Oliver Carlson Myers and Sonja Stroud Myers.
Susan was a member of the Butler Lions Club and also volunteered with the Special Olympics and Prospect Boys Club.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth D. Garris; her daughter, Sonja “Sonnie” Morrow of North Hills; her son, Andrew “Pete” Garris of Butler; two grandchildren, Casey and John Morrow; and her stepbrother, Larry Collingwood of Delaware.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Pizor; two sisters; and one brother.
GARRIS — Friends of Susan R. Garris, who died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W.
