DRAGON BY THE TAIL — Carl Butler, 10, left, in casts, holds up the tail of the “dragon,” which is composed of twins Beth and Tom Butler, 9, and Edgar Butler, 11. Under the two monstrous heads are Keith and Eric Johnson. They were prepared for Halloween in Butler in 1966.
