Zachary M. Conley, 23, of Cranberry Township was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia filed July 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Jeffrey T. Sarubbi, 51, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of terroristic threats and harassment filed Aug. 23 by Cranberry Township police.

Ronald Michael Brain, 31, of Harrisville was held for court on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance filed March 1 by Meadville state police.

James Aaron Merola, 28, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and following too closely filed March 1 by Meadville state police.

Shannon Lynn Kemman, 40, of Brackenridge waived to court a charge of retail theft filed March 31 by Cranberry Township police.

Christopher David Rosen, 32, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of arson, risking catastrophe and criminal mischief filed July 14 by Cranberry Township police.

Louis Pronio, 30, of Oakmont waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance filed Sept. 19 by Cranberry Township police.

Daniel P. Beebe, 28, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of two counts of driving under the influence filed May 18 by Cranberry Township police.

Joshua A. Konyak, 24, of Zelienople waived to court charges of two counts of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane and not using required signals filed July 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Maxwell M. Moore, 50, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of two counts of driving under the influence filed July 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Peter Nolan Hamlin, 43, of Ambridge waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and two counts of receiving stolen property filed Sept. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

In a separate case, he waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and access device fraud filed Sept. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

Nicole Giovonna Waters, 45, of Ambridge waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and two counts of receiving stolen property filed Sept. 1 by Cranberry Township police.

In another case, she waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, access device fraud, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property filed Sept. 1, by Cranberry Township police.
