Taylor and Evan Olszak

Taylor Marie Mourer of Chicora and Evan Michael Olszak of East Brady were united in marriage June 11 at St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church in East Brady. The Rev. William Kuba officiated. A reception followed at the Sugar Creek Fire Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Gary and Penny Mourer of Chicora. Parents of the bridegroom are John and Ann Marie Olszak of East Brady.

The matron of honor was Tatum Callender of Chicora and the maid of honor was Julia Mahler of Worthington. Bridesmaids included Brittany Lessner of Cowansville, Adrienne Harmon of East Brady, Emily Olszak of East Brady, Chelsea Campbell of Chicora and Meghan Haskins of Petrolia.

The flower girls were Ella and Lucia Callender of Chicora and Gretta Harmon of East Brady.

Performing the duties of best man was David Olszak of East Brady. Ushers included Mark Cypher of Elkton, Md., Benjamin Werner of Pittsburgh, Andrew Harmon of East Brady, Nicholas Phillips of Findlay, Ohio, Jack Strauser of Seminole, Fla., and Jeremiah Mourer of Chicora.

The bride is a 2011 graduate of Karns City High School. She received a degree in biological engineering from Penn State University in 2016.

The bridegroom graduated from Karns City High School in 2010. He received a degree in petroleum engineering from Penn State University in 2014.

He is employed by Consol Energy in Canonsburg.

Following a honeymoon trip to Ocean City, Md., the couple is making their home in Zelienople.
