GREAT PUMPKIN — Three youngsters ready to make a king-sized jack-o’-lantern with a 142-pound pumpkin raised by Charles Vollmer of Butler R.D. 6. The pumpkin is on the lawn of Ralph Questiaux, 141 Freeport Road. The children are, from left, Sam and Toni Gregory and Dale Questiaux. Vollmer, an uncle of Dale Questiaux, raises large pumpkins as a hobby.
