BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

David E. Baker, 50, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of providing false ID to law enforcement, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Aug. 27 by Butler Township police and paid fines and costs of $1,106.

Justin S. Sarratt, 23, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness filed Aug. 16 by Butler Township police and paid fines and costs of $640.

Sharon J. Mott, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of sale/transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities filed Aug. 30 by Butler Township police.

Mary B. Powell, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of a bad check filed July 28 by Butler Township police.

Richard J. Farren, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving and careless driving filed Aug. 1 by Butler Township police.

Jonathan A. Casteel, 29, of Uniontown waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Aug. 19 by Butler township police.

Joel E. Cumberland, 54, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Aug. 25 by Butler Township police.

Alexander J. Welter, 21, waived to court charges of retail theft filed Aug. 18 by Butler Township police.

Shane P. Miller, 26, of Prospect was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance filed Aug. 26 by Butler County Drug Task Force.

Carrie R. Nelson, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance filed Aug. 26 by Butler County Drug Task Force.

John E. Hardisty, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of sale/transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities filed Aug. 28 by Butler state police.

Gregory A. Stepp, 45, of Butler was held for court on charges of two counts of simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment filed July 17 by Butler Township police.

Tiffany L. McNeish, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property filed Aug. 19 by Butler Township police.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Herbert L. Walker, 21, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of heroin, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, failure to stop at a red signal, and turning movements and required signals filed Sept. 8 by Middlesex Township police.

Lorlene D. Meyers, 43, of Evans City was held for court on charges of bad checks filed June 11 by Penn Township police.

Vaughn C. Donaldson, 41, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI filed June 18 by Saxonburg police.

Dustin T. Bowser, 33, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on road laned for traffic filed June 26 by Penn Township police.

Andrew L. Ebig, 39, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on road laned for traffic filed July 25 by Penn Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Candance M. Rikal, 40, of Butler had a charge of a bad check dismissed. The charge was filed Aug. 9 by Butler state police.

Timothy G. Fleeger, 55, of Butler had charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property dismissed. The charges were filed June 10 by Butler state police.

In a separate case, Fleeger was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and reckless driving filed Aug. 3 by Butler state police.

John T. Obrien of Valencia was held for court on charges of four counts of DUI, driving while license suspended, driving with a blood-alcohol content 0.02 or greater while license is suspended, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed Aug. 15 by Butler state police.

Ronald J. Bell, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana filed Sept. 13 by Butler state police.

Luke A. Dunkle, 38, of Emlenton was held for court on charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, allowing illegal use of plate, driving without a license, driving while operating privilege was suspended or revoked, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, obedience of traffic-control devices, failure to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving and accidental damage to unattended vehicle filed Aug. 23 by Butler state police.

Jessica N. Hogan, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia filed Aug. 16 by Butler state police.

Jenna M. Geibel, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed Sept. 13 by Butler state police.

Jeffrey M. Barber, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substances by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 26 by Butler state police.

Nicole L. Chianese, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed Aug. 13 by Butler state police.

William E. Stableford, 64, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault and three counts of harassment filed Sept. 8 by Butler state police.

Jordan A. Orantes, 21, of Wexford waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substances by person not registered, DUI, driving while operator privilege is suspended or revoked and careless driving filed Sept. 13 by Butler state police.
