Pasqualina Tirk

Pasqualina Tirk of Troop 20174 was awarded the Girl Scout’s Gold Award June 12.

The 2016 Butler High School graduate is the daughter of Patrick and Frances Tirk of Butler.

For her project, Tirk spent four years refurbishing hymnals for Butler Catholic School from which she graduated in 2012.

Tirk has been active in scouting for 13 years, and has earned three religious medals in addition to her other project awards. She was also a Girl Scout ambassador for her troop and participated with a speech in the recipient recognition ceremony.

Tirk attends Butler County Community College and plans to earn a degree in accounting from Clarion University at BC3.
