One dead in Slippery Rock Township accident
SLIPPERY ROCK TWP — One man, a motorcyclist, died in a two-vehicle accident on Route 8 North this afternoon.
The accident, which happened just after 1:30 p.m., involved a box truck at the intersection of Route 8 and Duffy Road.
Coroner William F. Young III was called to the scene, where state police investigating are reconstructing the scene.
Route 8 is closed to traffic from the Old Stone House to Keister Road.
Police are not releasing details at this time.
