Carol E. Missler

Carol E. Missler, 72, of Cabot, passed away Thursday at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born Oct. 10, 1943, in Butler, to the late John M. McCormick and Melba (Crawford) McCormick.

Carol

enjoyed reading, flower gardening, playing bingo and traveling.

She is survived by her husband, Rudolf E. Missler Sr., who she married on Dec. 3, 1964; three sons, Rudolf E. Missler Jr. of Cabot; Jason E. Missler of Cabot; and Steven D. Missler of Cabot; two granddaughters, Meghan and Charley; three sisters, Barbara Crowe of Butler; Patty Weber and her husband, Charles, of Butler; and Linda Miller and her husband, Russell, of Butler; two brothers, John A. McCormick of Cabot and Edward McCormick and his wife, Bonnie, of Saxonburg, and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Joanne McCormick.

MISSLER — Friends of Carol E. Missler, who died Thursday, July 28, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mary Kitchen, pastor of East Butler Presbyterian Church, officiating.Private burial will take place in the Greenlawn Burial Estates.Online condolences can be given at www.thompson-miller.com.
