Zelie's garden grows
The garden surrounding the new gazebo at the Passavant House in Zelienople has various flowering plants, fruit trees and herbs named in Zelie Passavant’s letters to her children, including chives, sage and basil. The new gazebo was recently built in the house’s backyard. The borough is named after her.
