Glenn (Goldie) Oesterling
IN MEMORIAM

In loving memory of our beloved Glenn (Goldie) Oesterling.

Dearest Glenn,

I can’t believe it’s been 16 years since God took you home. I’m glad I still had Glenny for 5 more years. He was such a comfort and very wise for his age. The 49 years we were married went so fast you hardly knew they were over. You were a good son, husband, father and grandfather.

You taught our sons how to work, hunt, and to respect the fact everything good was a gift from God. You had family time too. You worked as a cable splicer for our phone company for 43 years.

You would be very sad and unhappy if you were still here. Our society has turned into money and greed. When you retired you said computers, TVs and cell phones will not be used mostly for bettering humanity, in years to come they will become the devil’s advocate, (you were right, it’s already here). We need high educators but reality is, a big part of life. Hands and hard work will make a good living also. Our boys chose heavy equipment, they loved their jobs.

Respect and discipline started in the home. The fruits of your life are still remembered. You did so many good things for others the list would be too long to mention.

When the link of life’s chains are locked forever we will all be together in eternity.

You are greatly missed and dearly loved,

Wife Nancy, Jane, Jody, Mike and Families

Give Glenny a big kiss and hug for me,

Mom xoxo
