12:11 a.m. Friday — Marcus Sadler, 24, of Grove City was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police initiated a traffic stop and found marijuana in Sadler’s vehicle on New Castle Road.

[naviga:h3]State Police, Butler[/naviga:h3]

4:26 p.m. Thursday — Schuyler Renee Cameron, 20, of Slippery Rock was driving her car on Route 258 about a mile north of Slippery Rock when she lost control of the vehicle and it collided with a guardrail. Cameron was not injured. The car was towed from the scene. Cameron was cited.

Wednesday-Thursday — Between the dates listed, a black charcoal grill was stolen from a residence on Kittanning Pike in Fairview Township. The victim is a 55-year-old male.

5:46 p.m. Wednesday — A 24-year-old white female was charged with animal cruelty after state police investigated a report of animal cruelty at Chicora Road and Fenelton Road in Donegal Township.

[naviga:h3]State Police, Kittanning[/naviga:h3]

12:41 p.m. Thursday — A known 27-year-old white male of Butler and a known 28-year-old white male of Kittanning were arrested for possession of about 35 grams of marijuana and associated paraphernalia during a traffic stop at Route 422 in Manor Township in Armstrong County.

The 28-year-old male had an outstanding warrant for arrest and was brought to Armstrong County Jail.

5:45 p.m. Wednesday — An unknown person was involved in a hit-and-run crash heading north on Route 28 near Exit 16 in Allegheny County. The accused rear-ended the vehicle of a 58-year-old female of Freeport. The accused stopped at the scene and gave the victim wrong information before leaving the scene.
