Betty and Charles Bopp

Charles and Betty Bopp of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a reception at the Meridian Fire Hall in Butler.

Bopp married the former Betty Snyder July 2, 1966, at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have three children, John Bopp of Pittsburgh, Jeffrey Bopp of Chambersburg and Scott Bopp of Butler.

They also have four grandchildren.

Bopp retired from Marmon/Keystone.

He is a member of American Legion Post 778.

Mrs. Bopp retired from Moraine Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America.

The Bopps are members of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
