Fifty four years ago I met a young man at a going away party for a mutual friend.
We joked it was love at first sight (well maybe!) because two years later we were married.
We had almost 45 years
together. It’s odd how when things seem to be going
so well the unexpected happens and suddenly you were gone just as quickly as you came that day in a friends yard.
