Man killed in farm tractor accident
A 68-year-old man was killed tonight when his farm tractor rolled on top of him in Clay Township.
State police are on scene investigating but have released few details including the victim's name.
The man was driving the tractor on his property on State Street when it apparently rolled down an embankment, pinning and crushing him underneath on a rock and stone pathway, authorities said.
Family members discovered the accident about 7:15p.m. and called 911.
West Sunbury volunteer firefighters were dispatched. Butler County Coroner William Young III later pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The road remains closed as police conduct their investigation.
