Library plans drones programSAXONBURG — The South Butler Community Library. 240 W. Main St., will host “Discover Drones” at 6 p.m. Tuesday.The program includes Lt. Col. Kevin Berry, a Civil Air Patrol pilot and aerospace education officer. Several drones will be on display.The discussion will include Federal Aviation Administration registration and rules, insurance impacts, uses for personal drones and ways businesses use drones.
