This has to do with businesses and the public.

If the dream of having a business is lifelong and incorporates sweat, heart and soul, ripping off the public never enters one’s mind. These are the type of people who are down to earth and hard working.

If they hire people who want a buck without working for it, their business suffers.

If that business is started just because they want to rip off the public with a bad product or bad service, it eventually will cause the business to go broke because the public isn’t stupid. People don’t like it when they get ripped off, so people start telling others about it, and those types of businesses fail.

I believe this is what’s happening with the “business” of the federal government. Politicians are elected and trusted to take care of our business and our tax money. Instead of taking their jobs seriously, they too often abuse their position by ripping off everyone else of their money through taxes to the point that no one can stay afloat.

If the federal government wasn’t ripping off the public and if they were using the money only for what it’s meant for, then our taxes wouldn’t continue to skyrocket.
