Kimberly M. Powers
Kimberly M. Powers, 29, of Butler died early Wednesday morning from injuries she sustained in a vehicle accident on Ziegler Avenue.
Kimberly was born in Butler on Sept. 17, 1986. She was the daughter of Tracy Lynn Powers of Butler.
She enjoyed being with her kids, playing bingo, listening to country music and the company of her friends. She attended the Butler School District and was employed at the Dairy Queen at Cranberry Township.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two children, Matthew J. Powers of Chicora and Emaly Marie Anthony of Herman; Emaly's dad, Keith of Herman; her grandmother, Patty Powers of East Butler; two brothers, Stephen S. Schweiger and Ryan D. Powers, both of Butler; three sisters, Jaclyn Kostelansky of Leechburg, Kiersten Powers of Hastings, Pa., and Lindzee Kradel of Butler, as well as a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, James and Sara Powers, and her cousin, Jamie Fend.

Powers, who died Wednesday, May 25, 2016, will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hile Funeral HomE, 339 Chicora-Fenelton Road, Chicora.A funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Mark Wallace, pastor of the Chicora Alliance Church, officiating.
