Turner, 37, of Butler waived to court making a false statement to authorities and illegally attempting to buy a firearm, filed April 13 by state police.Christopher R. Hartmann, 40, of Butler was held for court on charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft, filed Oct. 22 by state police.Julia L. Zaludek, 26, of Fenelton waived to court charges of drug delivery resulting in death, involuntary manslaughter and criminal use of a communication facility, filed April 11 by state police.Kenneth D. Green, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed May 10 by state police.Tressa Young, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 14 by state police.Brandon A. Dillard, 40, of Penn Hills waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license and making an illegal turn, filed May 2 by state police.Joseph P. Holfelder, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 17 by state police.Michael J. Oneill, 35, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI and no rear lights, filed May 10 by state police.Brandi T. Plaisted, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving too slow for conditions and careless driving, filed April 26 by state police.Anthony J. Smith, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to harassment, filed Sept. 8 by state police.Alexander P. Thiel, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, filed March 29 by state police.Andrew R. Hill, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 16 by state police. Hill was ordered to pay $260.50 in fines and court costs.Jesse J. Morgan, 36, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, driving with an open container of alcohol, careless driving, safety belt violations and driving without a license, filed April 11 by state police.James R. Besselman, 27, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disobeying traffic control devices, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and seat belt violations, filed April 26 by state police.Shayne M. Platt, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, filed March 2 by state police.Robert C. Gould, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and failure to use safety belt by driver and front seat occupant, filed April 4 by state police.Cathleen E. McMahan, 48, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed May 17 by state police.Amanda A. Beck, 32, of Portersville waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, filed May 17 by state police.Steven A. Dorenkamp, 55, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed April 7 by state police.Andrew Fink, 26, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of making a false statement to authorities, filed March 31 by state police. Fink was ordered to pay $304.50 in fines and court costs.
