Fatal shooting in New Castle
NEW CASTLE — A man was fatally shot in New Castle early this morning.
His name wasn’t released and police did not say whether they have a suspect or had made any arrests.
Police said the man was killed in the 300 block of Bell Avenue at about 2:15 a.m.
